It is the way your body lets you know that it requires fuel. Tip # 4 – Avoid mindless eating. A football match or a soccer game can never be enjoyed without a bowl of snacks. It would further enhance the feeling of excitement if you have fried and crunchy snacks at home. Now while your eyes and brain are busy in watching the match, your hands and mouth begins to get engaged in serious stuffing whose adverse result is to be borne by your stomach. So avoid eating after the regular eating hours. If the urge to munch is uncontrollable keep a plate of salad or fresh cut fruits to entertain you.
Tip # 5 – The best way to save your health and the pockets is to shop within limits. Instead of purchasing a huge bag full of snacks or crate full of coke cans, buy just a couple of snack packets and a single can of aerated drink every time you go to shop.
